We were thrilled when Tyler and Kayla contacted us to photograph their Two Eagles Golf Course wedding. They are two of the sweetest, most fun people you’ll ever meet. Our first indication of their relaxed nature came when they told us about their engagement story during our rendezvous at Starbucks. Its definitely one of the best engagement stories we’ve ever heard! In short, Tyler rallied Kayla’s co-workers to trick her into climbing the Mission Hill Winery bell tower, where he would be waiting to propose at the top. Sounds sooo romantic, doesn’t it? Well, what he didn’t know was that in order to convince her to start the climb, they told her that she had to clean out ALL of the stairs of the entire Mission Hill Winery bell tower. Kayla, being the dedicated hard worker that she is scrubbed every single dusty, bird poop covered step one by one, while Tyler just let her do her thing and waited for over an hour at the top. Cruel, but hilarious! These two also have the best chemistry. Their connection came in handy on the wedding day when Elisha photographed them from a helicopter in the sky and they were responsible for their own posing (with a few of our tips and tricks of course). All in all, the day went by perfectly and we couldn’t be happier for this incredible couple. Congratulations Tyler and Kayla!!!
